Burning Sugar
Difficulty Level - Easy (Kid's, you need parental permission for this one).
How the trick appears:
You challenge a friend to light a cube of sugar on fire. They can't do it, but you can.
How the trick works:
Before challenging a friend to light a sugar cube on fire, prepare some cigarette ashes. Keep the ashes somewhere so that no one can see them but you. After your friends try to light the cube on fire, but can only get it to sizzle and melt: take your cube: dip one side into the ashes, then light the cube on the side with the ashes. The sugar cube will catch on fire!
Note: bigger sugar cubes are best, so that you have plenty of room to hold it without burning your fingers.
