Revealed Card Trick
Difficulty Level - Easy.
How the trick appears:
An audience member chooses a card from deck and magician finds it. Magician then lays out four cards which are different from the one the participant picked. Then, the magician causes the chosen card to reappear.
How the trick works:
1. Ask the participant to pick a card and put it back on top of
deck. Then take deck and put it behind your back, Turning the top card over.
2. Bring the deck back out and show the bottom card to participant. Ask them a question such as "this isn't your card, right?" ... it's just a distraction. Since the chosen card is now facing you, take the opportunity to glace at and memorize the card.
3. Now that you know there card, you could finish the trick in a variety of ways:
Ending #1: You could stick the deck up to your ear and "ask" the deck to tell you the name of their card.
Ending #2: Place the deck in your hand so that you are secretly holding the chosen card between your thumb and index finger, then pretend to "accidently" drop the rest of the deck; showing the remaining card in your hand to be the chosen card.
